And the Lenovo ThinkCentre m90z Winner Is…

Janet Robles is the winner!

Congratulations Janet, your poem was selected at random from the 79 entries received this last week! Using Random.org‘s true random number generator, Janet’s poem was the 20th response to the original contest entry, and thus the winner of a brand new Lenovo ThinkCentre m90z.

Janet’s poem is a modified diamante, with 5 lines rather than the traditional 7, and it’s a nice little poem about the topic of the contest, a Lenovo:

Lenovo
Sleek computing
Touchscreen fast connection
Power to my students
Thinkcentre

There were LOTS of fantastic poems, and as the last day of April, and National Poetry Month, I would encourage you to go back and read through all of the thoughtful, humorous, and reflective poems about technology. Feel free to use the poems with your students, in a presentation, or perhaps as a consolation prize if you weren’t chosen. It’s not everyday that you get to write a bunch of really cool poetry with a bunch of people from around the world.

Want more than just a poem as a consolation prize for not winning? Check out the 16 other contests to win a Lenovo ThinkCentre m90z below!
